Introduction

Friends,
Though our Apartment 'Kethana Orchids' is presently under construction and none of us got the possession yet, we can still associate informally to share our thoughts.
  This web page will also help us in future when we will get the full possession in the Apartment and form the actual "Owner's Association". As an association, we can use this webpage to publish all kind of events like Mandatory notices, Association meeting schedule, MOM, complaints, booking community hall, maintenance etc....
  As a consequence, everyboby (Flat owners) will remain in the same page whats going on in the Apartment or about any notices which will be issued for residents interest.
      So please join the blog once you have the sale deed from the Builder "Kethana Enterprises".

    Hi,

    I am planning to book the Kethana blossom project which is coming up in Outer ring road. I just want to know about their previous project Kethana orchids. Whether they delivered what they promised ? how is the construction quality and how much time did they take to finish the project. How about the amenities which they provide ? Is the amenities same as they show you in their plan details ?
